A large stone-built villa very quiet, entirely restored and re-decorated, surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden (9000 m² of totally fenced ground).

The property has a private swimming pool, and is situated
close to a village with all the usual amenities.

Peaceful countryside in the middle of vineyards.

This part of the south of France has its own micro-climate with long sunny days in
the summer and very mild winters. The region also has a wide variety of tourist
attractions to suit everyone’s taste.

Driving is a joy. This is far from the heavy traffic of the cities and motorways.
The small countryside roads allow the tourist to enjoy the beauty of the landscapes,
and the sweet-smelling garrigue, and surrounded by the largest wine domain in France.

The villa is situated close to a village, midway between the mountains and the sea.
It only takes about 20 – 30 minutes by car to reach the busy Mediterranean resorts or
beaches, or the peaceful foothills of the Cévennes.
